Early RTW is critical in reducing your Workers Compensation premiums.  It is estimated that over 80% of the overall incurred cost on a claim relates to time off work (weekly compensation payments) and this has a significant impact on the Premium you pay.  In some states, weekly comp payments are now the only costs that are used in calculating your premium.

We will work closely with you and your employees to facilitate an early and sustainable RTW and implement a thorough Injury Management process so that all key stakeholders in your business understand the importance of early and sustainable RTW.

• Managing your RTW obligations and ensuring your compliance
• Meeting with injured workers, supervisors and management to develop RTW Plans and ensuring everyone understands their responsibilities in the process
• Ongoing monitoring and reporting of RTW cases
• Analyse your current Injury Management Processes and make recommendations for improvement if required
