Paul Konstantos
Paul is a co-founder and Director of Optima WorkCover Solutions.
Paul is a passionate Workers Compensation expert and since 1999 has worked in a number of Senior roles across all schemes and jurisdictions in Australia and New Zealand.
Paul started his career in claims management working with Claims Agents in the Victorian scheme. From there he moved to Sodexo, a global leader in Integrated Facilities Management, where he spent 8 years as their National WorkCover Manager working across a number of Industry sectors including Mining, Aged Care, Education, Retail and Corporate.
Using the skills he gained working with both an Insurer and Employer, Paul has spent the past 5 consulting to clients across all industries and helping them reduce their Workers Compensation costs through strategic claims and premium management.
Peter Ioannou
Peter is a co-founder and Director of Optima WorkCover Solutions.
In 1995 Peter commenced working as a Workers Compensation Premium specialist. Peter’s wealth of experience covers all aspects of Workers Compensation Premium Nationally.
Peter has worked for WorkSafe Victoria’s Authorised Insurers in management and technical roles, right through to managing specialist Audit teams for WorkSafe Victoria itself in the role of Group Compliance Manager for 5 years.
His specialties include Remuneration and WorkCover Industry Classification Auditing with a focus to achieving maximal return results for the client. Peter’s experience has helped clients achieve Premium savings in excess of $1 million annually.
Peter has worked closely with, and achieved notable results for clients in the following industries;
